Terms of Service
The short version.
Wire is an internal publishing tool operated by Mad Worlds Studio. It is used by us, on accounts we own or have been engaged to manage. It is not a public service, there is no sign-up, and nothing here creates an account for you. Last updated 30 July 2026.
Scope
These terms cover use of Wire and the wire.madworlds.studio website. Where Wire publishes to a third-party platform, that platform's own terms also apply to the content and to the account, and nothing here overrides them.
Authorization
An account is only ever connected by its owner, through the platform's own login. By connecting an account, the owner confirms they have the right to publish to it. Either side can end that connection at any time, and the owner can revoke it unilaterally from the platform without telling us first.
Content
Whoever supplies the video is responsible for having the rights to it, including music, footage, likeness and trademarks. We will not knowingly publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or in breach of a platform's community guidelines, and we may decline to publish anything we believe crosses that line.
Acceptable use
Wire is not to be used for spam, undisclosed paid promotion, engagement manipulation, artificial amplification, or any automation that a platform prohibits. It publishes through official APIs only. We do not automate the product in ways the platforms disallow, and we do not attempt to work around their restrictions.
Availability
Wire is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on third-party APIs that can change, rate limit, or fail without notice. A failed or delayed publish is possible and is not a breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mad Worlds Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Wire, including lost reach, lost revenue, or action taken against an account by a platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Client work
Where Wire is used as part of a paid engagement, the signed agreement for that engagement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two conflict.
Changes
These terms can change. The updated date above moves when they do, and material changes are communicated directly to anyone with a connected account.
